Dont be Shy
Dont be shy
Grooming Just before sleeping at night doesn't rob a man of his masculinity. If anything, it enhances it. All those good looking men you see don't just step out of bed in the morning looking like Pierce Brosnan; it takes some effort to get there. It requires maintenance of your hair, skin, and clothes, but the results will haul you through the long march towards success.

Cleaning up your act requires a little time management, so the best time is probably is as soon as you get home, and just before you catch your zzzs.

Groom Right

Ease into the mood with a shower. Try using an aromatic, handmade soap.Try lemon grass and peppermint to help relax- they'll also leave you feeling refreshed and tingling all over.

Wash your hair preferably at night and condition only the tips of your hair. This will make it easier to manage the next morning. Don't ignore dandruff problems. Those dry, white flakes can ruin the look of your dark, executive suit. Use an anti-dandruff shampoo and wash your hair thoroughly, or else caked shampoo will flake off, resembling dandruff!

This is also the season when dry patches show up around the mouth, ears and neck, and joints like the knees, elbows and feet. Scrub them away with a loofah. Not only does it scour away dead skin, but simultaneously helps in boosting circulation and nourishing the skin.

Don't use hot water for a bath as it robs the skin of its moistures- use warm water instead. After a bath, pat the problem areas dry gently, don't rub hard.

Moisturising keeps your skin supple and looking fresh. If you don't mind spending a little extra time and money towards grooming, invest in a face scrub. Thrice a week, exfoliate your skin, to prevent dead skin build –up and black head formation.

Finally, just before hitting the sack, prepare a glass of hot milk with a pinch of turmeric. It makes a great bedtime drink and helps clear your lungs, heal ulcers and assuages body aches. And it's a great skin freshener, too.

You‘ll bounce out of bed in the morning set to knock'em dead!
